How to use
Present your printed or e-ticket at any Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier (all zones included) and/or at The Old Royal Naval College. Nearest Pier for The Old Royal Naval College is Greenwich.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Not allowed:

  • Travellers are not allowed to bring hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length

Know in advance:

  • Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • The ticket is valid only for the selected date
  • The hop-on, hop-off pass is valid for unlimited travel on the selected date
  • Departure/arrival times from 7.00 am - 10.00 pm
  • Please check service timetable on the official Uber Boat By Thames Clippers website for departure times from the piers of your choice
  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Children under 5 can join without charge
  • This is a step-free and wheelchair accessible experience, except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers due to the steep, tide-dependency at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users

  • Students must bring their valid student card
