How to use
Departures are from dock at 950 Wharf Street, next to the Flying Otter restaurant and the Harbour Air seaplane terminal. Check in time is 30 minutes prior to the tour departure.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Not allowed:
- Children under 6 years old and under 4ft (48in)
Not suitable for:
- Pregnant people
- People with current or pre-existing back and neck conditions or those in poor health
Know in advance:
- You'll be given a full length, floatation cruiser suit to protect you from ocean spray and cool air
- A hotel pickups are available to and from Downtown Victoria Hotels. Please contact the local operator 24 hours before your tour for further details
- Passenger check-in is at least 30 minutes prior to tour departure time
- Passenger boarding begins 15 minutes prior to departure time
- Tours operate rain or shine and may be subject to change due to inclement conditions
