Please make your own way to Berth G01, next to Bar Du Port, Dubai Harbour. Please look for Xclusive Yachts Encore Superyacht.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Accessibility:
- Not suitable for children 5 years and below
Not allowed:
- No bikinis, no footwear to be worn on board
- Swimming on Soiree Tour (8.00pm to 23.00pm)

- Dress code: smart casual
- Vegetarian options available upon request
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 min before departure
- Life jackets are available on board for those that wish to wear one
- Subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled in case of poor weather
