You need to take the Livorno Porto 2000 shuttle from the cruise terminal to Via Claudio Cogorano (about 10 minutes of travel). Upon arrival in the city centre, you will find the staff wearing green t-shirts. Be sure to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure time.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Pisa arrival point: Pietrasantina car park. Tourist buses cannot enter Piazza dei Miracoli, there will be a 15-minute walking distance from the car park to the Leaning Tower of Pisa (Piazza dei Miracoli)
To reserve a child seat for children under 2 years old, you need to select the free "Infant (0-1)" rate during the purchase process
