Very easy to use. Save the QR code (both 50% off tickets and half fare card) for staff checking when you take train. I also enjoyed 50% off when I bought top of Europe ticket.

Nice boat ride BUT do get off at the Bûrgenstock stop (half way), make sure you take the funicular (€35 return) up to the Bürgenstock Hotel, take the lift to Level L and enjoy the stunning views with some food and a wine. This alone made the boat trip unforgettable.

Jon was super attentive and really listened to our needs, not overloading us with facts on the tour, but instead using stories to immerse us into Swiss culture. We really liked the chocolate stop, a great touch! Would highly recommend

The tour was great! We got to see a side of Lucerne that we otherwise would not have seen on our own. Our tour guide Amalia was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the city's history and was a great conversationalist. She had a knack for relaying the historical information in an interesting and informative way. She would make a great teacher! My wife and I were very happy with the experience.


