Had a great cooking class with Hailey. We did a little „market“ stroll which was more of a walk in the direct neighbourhood to get the needed ingridients for the dinner. Cooking Class was super and we prepared five meals. Hailey did an exceptional job describing the meals, ingridients and cooking steps. Much recommended experience

I was nervous because we didn't receive a confirmation from the restaurant, even though the trip.com description said there should be one. Moreover, there was no confirmation voucher. It said the service had already been rendered. But they found our reservation at the restaurant, and everything went perfectly. We were escorted to the 5th floor, and dinner began. There were a lot of people there. Drinks aren't included in the price. They give a welcome drink, but other drinks are extra, and the prices are reasonable. Also, after the main "all-inclusive" part, you can order additional items from the menu. And people did. It's unclear where they fit everything in. After learning it was my birthday, our lovely waitress, Molly (I think that's her name), brought me dessert on the house, a delicious panna cotta. All the dishes were delicious, and the portions were generous. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

★★★★★ Such a fun and enjoyable coffee workshop! We learnt how to make six different types of coffee, and the whole experience was really hands on and engaging. Lin was a fantastic instructor: friendly, knowledgeable and really patient, making the class easy to follow and lots of fun. I loved getting to make each coffee ourselves and learning more about Vietnamese coffee along the way. A brilliant experience and definitely something I’d recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially if you’re a coffee lover!

First of all, thank you very much for the assistance of customer service, I changed my reservation twice due to business, they were quick to reply and help, I am sorry to bring you trouble. This place is a bit far from the old quarter (20 minutes grab), but definitely worth a try! At first he arranged a Chinese herbal bath for me and my husband, scrub, spa, and sauna, the warm feeling was very comfortable! The massage session after that was very satisfactory, the master used finger strength throughout the process, no laziness, massage the shoulders, neck and whole body are very in place, the whole person is relaxed, can be said to be one of the best of so many, if not to rush to the airport, I want to extend it! There are simple refreshments and even stews available after the finish! All the staff service attitude is very friendly,  also saw many locals visiting, should have a good reputation ~

The cruise was amazing. We didn't regret choosing it for a second. I agree with other reviews that lunch was too early, but it was delicious. There was also a kayaking trip and a cave visit, along with a master class from the chef. My only advice: be careful around the pool; there's no rubber surface and it's easy to fall. And that's exactly what I did.
