The overall booking experience was convenient and fast. However, I wish a refinement can be done to specify the ferry departure timing options inside of just providing a window period of vessel departures. If we have the exact ferry timing options available, it will save us the hassle of any change request if the timing allocated is unsuitable even when within the window period.★

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at the safari park. There were elephants, tigers, a sun bear and an orange utan, as well as other animals. We spent 2 hours under the sun seeing and feeding the animals. I would recommend getting transport for park as the walk ways are uphills and downhills. The buggy comes with a guide, while the e-bike is best suited for if you want to go at your own pace.★

Thankfully, I added a shuttle service, otherwise I would have almost missed my flight! Upon arrival at the designated point, I contacted the driver, and the shuttle details were clear, allowing me to catch up immediately! (It seems like delays are common with Huaxin Airlines; I booked a 5 PM ferry, and my flight was scheduled to arrive at 3:15 PM, but it was delayed by 45 minutes, and I didn't arrive at the airport until 4:00 PM.) 🫣★

Board the ferry at Sheung Wan Ferry Pier. It's conveniently located just a short taxi ride from Harbour City through a tunnel. Use the QR code to exchange for your ticket, then go through customs and wait in the waiting hall to get your seat number. Ferries depart for Taipa every half hour.★
