How to use
All treatments require advance booking and are subject to availability. Please book via WhatsApp with Queen's Beauty & Spa at least 14 working days in advance.
 
Once the merchant confirms the booking, they will pre-redeem the admission voucher to confirm the booking success.

Please note that the booking cannot be canceled once it is confirmed.
The selected date and time cannot be modified after booking.

  • Valid for redemption within 90 days from the issue date, invalid after the expiration date
  • Please call Queen's Beauty & Spa branch to inquire about available dates and times for booking. Guests need to present an admission voucher for redemption purposes.

  • Limited to new customers of Queen's Beauty & Spa. Each new customer can only enjoy one trial offer or any promotional treatment.
  • Each guest can only purchase the discounted combo ticket once. Repeat purchases will not be processed. Repeat bookings will be considered used and deducted.
  • ID verification required before treatment
  • Cannot be used together with other offers.
  • No cancellation, refund, order changes, or booking modifications allowed
  • All treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, Queen's Beauty & Spa will pre-redeem to confirm the booking.
  • If you are late, the service time will be shortened accordingly, and the full cost of that service will be deducted.
  • If you are absent or late by 30 minutes or more, the care service will be considered canceled, and the full cost of that service will be deducted.
  • This activity is only available for male and female customers and is not open to pregnant customers.
  • For optimal treatment results, please avoid eating for 1 hour before the session.
  • Before the treatment begins, we will prepare for you, including: changing clothes/bathing/foot cleansing or any other preparations, which will take 15 minutes and is included in the treatment time.
  • If you have any special health conditions, such as heart disease, pregnancy, chronic illness, or allergies, you must obtain doctor's approval before receiving any treatment. You are responsible for informing Queen's Beauty & Spa. Queen's Beauty & Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by the treatments.
  • It is not recommended for pregnant women, or guests with high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be adversely affected by excessive stimulation, to participate in this experience.
  • Queen's Beauty & Spa reserves the right to amend all terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Queen's Beauty & Spa reserves the right to make the final decision.
