How to use

I Asia Thailand will contact you after your booking to reconfirm your booking. Please ensure that you have entered the correct contact details upon booking.

If you have not been contacted by I Asia Thailand, please call us at +66 96 821 3089 (hours of operation are from 08.00am to 18.00pm Monday to Friday and 09.00am to 17.00pm Saturday and Sunday) or email to guest@iasiathailand.com

Note - Guest must contact I Asia Thailand as soon as possible to advise their expected time of arrival at the Restaurant so that the Table is reserved.

Restaurant must receive at least 24 hours Notice.

Seats can only be held for 15 minutes beyond diner's expected Arrival Time and the management reserves the right to release Late Reservations to walk-in guests.

Guests MUST present their Voucher upon arrival. Failure to do this will result in guest being charged at the full price of the Order.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Rib Room & The Bar (Steak House) - Monday to Sunday 18:00hrs - 22:30hrs

No special Child Menu. No persons under the age of 18 years will be served alcohol
