Reviews: Amsterdam: Zaanse Schans, The Hague & Rotterdam Tour

Yesterday, I went on a truly fantastic day trip through the Netherlands from Amsterdam with our guide, Jorge! At first, I was skeptical that the schedule wouldn't be too packed and leave little time for leisure, but I was pleasantly surprised. We had a good hour in Zaanse Schans, about 2.5 hours in The Hague, and another two hours in Rotterdam. We set off promptly from Amsterdam in a minibus with a diverse group of about 20 people from many countries. Jorge was always open to questions and offered to take photos of us in front of the sights. He answered all of them confidently. He spoke fluent English and Spanish. I found his English easy to understand. Our driver drove safely throughout. I found it a bit cramped in the minibus. The explanations were easy to hear, and the bus was modern. I highly recommend this trip to everyone!

Great walking tour with Tania. We did this in our first day in Rotterdam and got a great orientation to the city and learned a lot about the city’s culture and history. Highly recommend.

Storm and rain didn't stop Deborah. She speaks enthusiastically about the city in a clear voice. As a true Rotterdammer, she mentions the sometimes hilarious nicknames of buildings and bridges. We had a blast!

To the Dutch windmill village, Yangjiao Village must play must play It is also a good experience to report a day trip locally The hotel picks us up at 8am and returns to the city centre at 5:20pm If you are happy, you don't have to consider other tour guides. The tour guide is particularly good. Thanks to Suri for having fun throughout the whole process. Have fun eating. Listen to the happy recommendation!

I would absolutely recommend this trip. Our guide, Caroline, was just lovely, very knowledgeable, and shared lots of interesting information about both the places we visited and Amsterdam itself. It wasn’t a trip where you’re talked at constantly. She gave us just the right amount of information, keeping it engaging without ever becoming boring. We loved seeing the windmills, learning about clogs, and watching the cheese making, plus the tasting was fantastic. Make sure you try the rum hot chocolate, it’s delicious 😍 Our driver, David, was also super friendly and gave us great suggestions for the area. We can’t thank Caroline and David enough, it was a really fab start to our trip to Amsterdam.
