Lovely day spoiled by a photographer on boat which was not on described trip ? Wanted 300 usd keeped on at me till I gave in . Never had enough money with us as it was all inclusive trip just had enough to tip the staff on boat , so he came back to hotel with us to get money . It as now made us short for the rest of holiday ??★

We went there thinking that all the diving was included in the price, but it wasn't. We had to pay extra to get the service. This was the only problem we had, other than that, the staff were really experienced and friendly. It left a great memory. There was an additional charge for taking photos.★

Our guide Reda was so knowledgeable and was polite, helpful, interesting and helped us to experience the rich Egyptian history. Our driver Johanna (John) was kind, thoughtful, and really helped me getting on and off the bus which was difficult due to my disability. They were always on time and always we got more information than we expected. The balloon ride was also amazing and went like clockwork. The hotel Steinberger, - rooms were good, food not as good as we'd hoped but staff nice.Trip.com Picks
