How to use
1. Arrive at Blue Lagoon at least 20 minutes before your selected session time. Present the PDF attachment from the confirmation email sent to your booking email address for entry. Late arrivals cannot participate and are not eligible for refunds.
 
2. [Comfort Hot Spring Ticket] [Premium Hot Spring Ticket] Enjoy unlimited time after entry, with the latest departure allowed 30 minutes before the operating hours end.
 
3. Luxury Couple's Spa Combo Ticket (Retreat Spa) - Valid for up to 5 hours from entry time.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 7 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
