2. Scuba diving with a disposable mouthpiece or full-face diving mask (additional charges apply for photography). For the scuba diving experience, you need to purchase a disposable mouthpiece for 50 CNY or rent a full-face diving mask for 150 CNY (choose one option) to upgrade your experience.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

For your safety and enjoyment, please comply with the following regulations.
1. Travelers participating in the activity must carefully follow the coach's guide and arrangements.
2. Travelers with the following conditions, as well as pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, those with limited mobility, and those who are intoxicated, are not allowed to participate in water activities and diving: high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, otitis media, perforated eardrum, epilepsy, infectious diseases, lumbar disc herniation, and other conditions.
3. Travelers with any medical conditions must promptly inform the guide or staff and must not conceal their illness. Otherwise, they will be responsible for any consequences that may arise.
4. When visiting, if you have valuables, please entrust them to someone for safekeeping or store them in the company's lockers to avoid loss. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any consequences.
5. Dispose of fruit peels and trash in the bins to keep the area clean.
6. Please store and properly secure your personal belongings (such as electronics, watches, glasses, and other valuables) before participating in activities. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings during the experience.
7. It is strictly prohibited to approach or enter diving and swimming areas, and it is strictly forbidden to leave the boat and enter the sea. When operating a jet ski, it is strictly forbidden to chase each other, play around, or perform dangerous maneuvers.
8. When riding the speedboat, glass-bottom boat, banana boat, or flying fish boat, do not extend your hands, feet, or any other body parts into the water.
9. When participating in parasailing, travelers must be assisted by staff to board and disembark. Unauthorized boarding is prohibited. During the voyage, travelers are not allowed to move around freely or touch the boat's lifting system.
10. Visitors must follow the instructions and guidance of on-site staff when participating in activities.

11. Be sure to bring your original ID card, and children must bring their Household Registration (Hukou).
12. If the vessel cannot depart due to weather conditions, both parties will coordinate to reschedule. If the cancellation or early return is initiated by the customer for non-weather-related reasons, no refund will be issued. If the vessel has already departed and the customer chooses to return early, no refund will be provided.
