The organizers didn't contact us before the trip and didn't respond to WhatsApp messages, but the transfer arrived on time. Upon arrival at the port, there was a long wait to board. Snacks and coffee were offered, but the room was overcrowded. During the trip, the boat broke down before the first stop and was repaired after disembarking, so we had to wait extra time at the first location (an area with a large reef and plenty of fish, but the entry into the water is over many rocks, so it's best to wear coral slippers). Despite the breakdown, we visited all the scheduled spots, and upon returning from the boat, we saw a beautiful sunset. The staff promptly resolved any issues that arose.★

A pleasant and thrilling journey. Although the elephant garden in the first half of the itinerary is not big, it is more suitable for younger children to play, from accompanying the elephant for a walk, feeding, bathing and finally dining. The service staff always smiles and is warm and friendly. The second half of the trip to the Tiger Cave Temple, not only a total of 1,260 steps of the mountain road is a test of will and piety, but also experienced the thrilling moment of monkey grabbing bags and man monkey confrontation. But all the total, to the final climb to the top of the release and overlooking the magnificent panoramic view of Krabi, all feel worthwhile for this.★

I booked a day trip after arriving in Phuket without a tour group and was very satisfied.
The itinerary was transparent, the scenery was beautiful, and the boat was lovely. We were given one island visit and two snorkeling trips. We were provided with towels, snorkeling gear, and disposable mouthpieces, so we only needed to bring a change of clothes.
Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks were included, so we didn't go hungry at all.
The tour guides, Sandi, Awei, and Akai, all spoke fluent Chinese and were very welcoming. They kept the children entertained during the snorkeling and took photos with everyone. I'll definitely choose this tour again.★

The trip was absolutely wonderful, not just because of the stunning beauty of Phi Phi Island, but also because of the amazing tour guiding staff. The guide, whose name I believe was Suraya or Somya, was such a wonderful lady, friendly, kind, and full of positive energy. The whole boat team was incredibly helpful and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish , from the warm welcome to the smooth sailing and the delicious onboard refreshments. My favorite part was definitely the snorkeling , the crystal-clear water and colorful marine life were truly unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for making this trip so special! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket , you’ll not only see paradise, but also meet some of the kindest people. 💙🌺🐠
