Baggage Allowance

Baggage stored in the luggage compartment is subject to the following restrictions:

1. One piece of baggage per person to be stored in the cargo hold

The total dimensions (length × width × height) of the luggage must not exceed 1m.

3. Weight must not exceed 10kg

When your baggage exceeds the specified size limits, please make alternative arrangements for transportation in advance.

To prevent taking the wrong luggage, please use baggage tags.

Please note that the following items cannot be stored in the luggage compartment or brought into the cabin.

Important Notes

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances.

1. Unable to catch the bus due to being late.

Whether you notify us in advance about your delay or fail to return to the bus within the specified time during a rest stop, the bus will depart on schedule. There is no boarding location guidance service locally, so please ensure you confirm the boarding point in advance.

2. Fare changes

Ticket prices may increase or decrease temporarily without prior notice. The fare at the time of booking will apply, and no fare difference will be refunded.

3. Bus change

Your reserved bus may be subject to changes in vehicle type, seat type, or equipment due to mechanical issues or schedule adjustments.

4. Arrival time delay

Due to factors such as traffic and weather conditions on the day, services may be canceled or arrival times at various stops may be delayed. Please plan your schedule accordingly.

About Bus Reservations

The overnight bus departing at midnight will arrive the next morning. For example, if the bus departs at 24:30 on December 31 (00:30 on January 1), it will arrive at the destination on the morning of January 1.

■Operation notes

Smoking and drinking are prohibited while riding, and boarding in a drunken state is not allowed.

When driving on the highway, both the driver and passengers must wear seat belts.

When reclining your seat, please inform the passenger behind you first.

The rest stop schedule is determined by the bus operating company on the day of departure. Typically, there is a break every 2-3 hrs, but some vehicles equipped with onboard restrooms may not have scheduled rest stops.
