No refunds are available in the following situations.

The bus will depart on time regardless of whether you inform us that you will be late before departure or you fail to return to the bus within the specified time when stopping at the rest area. 2. Price changes
The fare may increase or decrease without prior notice. The fare at the time of booking will be used as the basis and the difference cannot be refunded.

■About bus reservations
· Night bus that depart at midnight will arrive the next morning. For example, if the bus departs at 24:30 on December 31st (0:30 on January 1st), it will arrive at the destination on the morning of January 1st.
