What you need to know
[Departure time and check-in]
- Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
- Please call the flight base 24 hours before departure to check the weather conditions according to the confirmation letter to confirm that the weather is suitable for flying.

- If your helicopter flight is cancelled due to bad weather, you can choose an alternative date or get a full refund.
- It is recommended that you book early in advance to allow for a flexible itinerary to accommodate weather changes and ensure you do not miss this unique flight experience.

- After booking, you need to wait for the location to be confirmed.
- Visitors need to have a moderate level of physical fitness and walking ability. For example, you must be able to walk at least 1 km on your own and be able to climb up and down stairs easily to participate in this activity.
- Children must be 10 years of age or older, weigh at least 35kg and be at least 137cm tall. Children must be able to navigate uneven terrain completely independently and follow instructions. We reserve the right to change child requirements for safety reasons due to glacier/snow and weather conditions.
- The airline has a minimum passenger requirement of 4 adults per flight. If the minimum number of passengers is not met, the airline reserves the right to cancel the flight and refund only the activity fee. Whenever possible, the airline will coordinate to ensure the scheduled flight time. The maximum weight allowed for visitors in the rear seat of the helicopter is 115 kg.
- Our professional guide can only provide spoken and safety instructions in English. If you are hearing impaired, please inform the staff and Guide.
- The glacier is not completely free of danger. Please always follow a professional Guide when hiking on the glacier. If the staff believes that some unruly tourists may cause safety hazards, they will reserve the right to stop them from participating in the activity .
- For safety reasons, drones, iPads and selfie sticks are not allowed on board.

What to bring
- Warm upper body clothing (3-4 layers).
- Long pants. (Jeans and ski pants are not recommended)
- Sunglasses and sunscreen.
- A bottle of water and a snack
- Waterproof jacket (if you don't have one, please let us know in advance).
- We provide professional equipment for glacier hiking.
