3. During the sea trip, please wear life jacket strictly throughout the trip. If there is any situation, please actively cooperate with the arrangements and instructions of our guide and staff to ensure everyone's safety. During the sailing of the boat, you must not walk around in the cabin or sit on the bow. Items you need to bring: swimsuit, Bath towel, waterproof shoes (sandals that can go into the water), camera, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, do not tease monkeys or kittens during the trip to avoid being scratched

4. In order to enjoy your trip better, please do not bring unnecessary items or valuables. The seller will not bear any responsibility if they are lost or damaged during the trip. If there is an emergency or you need help during the trip, please contact customer service in time.

5. The itinerary includes free or additional surcharge [shared transportation] dock transfer service, so you need to wait for the car at the hotel front desk on time, but the car may be late, so you need to wait patiently. If you mind this, you can contact the merchant one day in advance to apply for a paid special car pick-up. If you fail to wait in the hotel lobby at the designated time and the driver is unable to pick you up in time, you need to taxi to the dock by yourself. The driver will wait in the hotel lobby for no more than 10 minutes

6. Phuket often has showers and the weather is changeable. The cruise company will arrange the trip according to the monitoring announcement of the Maritime Administration. If it is not allowed to go out to sea (there are strong winds and waves even on sunny days) and the trip may be cancelled on the day of travel, we will contact you as soon as we receive the cancellation notice, and you can reschedule or refund the ticket for free; if it rains but it is allowed to go out to sea (there are no strong winds and waves according to the Maritime Administration), the cruise company will arrange the trip normally and will not accept applications for cancellation or rescheduling on the same day.
