How to use
After the reservation is successful, the itinerary will be sent. According to the reservation time, you should arrive at the designated location at least 30 minutes in advance to complete the check-in procedures.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 10% will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
