Early Pickup Notice

1. A staff member will contact you between 10:00 and 23:30 on the day before your visit. For bookings made after 23:00 on the day before departure, staff will contact you within 30 min.

If we are unable to reach you within the specified time, you may contact the emergency number provided in your booking or reach out to our online customer support.

2. Pick-up service is not available outside the designated area. You may proceed to the meeting point on your own: Intersection of Tongqu Road and Houzaimen Street, Luoyang.

Friendly reminder

1. In case of force majeure, the specific arrangements will be notified by the guide one day before departure.

2. If you have return transportation (such as high-speed rail, train, or flight), please inform the guide and driver in advance. During holidays, the attraction's cable car is prone to congestion, and return times cannot be guaranteed. We do not recommend guests arrange same-day departures from Luoyang.

The package includes same-day round-trip transportation with assigned seating. Non-same-day return will be considered as voluntarily leaving the group and forfeiting the seat, with no refund provided.

Additional expenses

1. Mount Laojun has two cableway sections. The first cableway (Zhongling/Yunjing - take whichever is operating, fee included) runs from the mountain base to Zhongtian Gate at the mid-level. The second section, the Forest Peak Cableway, goes from Zhongtian Gate to the entrance of Shili Huaping. If needed, you can purchase tickets for the second section at the attraction or have the guide purchase them for you.
