Our driver for the day was Mr Yang. He is an amazing driver and he made sure the trip went smoothly. He is a very kind and helpful person. Even though he doesn't speak English, he tries to make friendly conversation with his translation app and he regularly asks feedback to check if we agree with his plans etc. His driving style is very good, he knows the roads well and drives very steadily so it's easy to relax or fall asleep when you're tired. He has a nice car with a lot of leg space. When we arrived in Jinshanling, mr Yang helped us to buy tickets to access the Great Wall and the shuttlebus, which was helpful. His instructions were very clear so it was easy to find him after we were done hiking the wall. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend. Everything was exactly as explained in the itinerary description 10/10★

Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!★

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.
