We booked our Bipenggou trip through Trip.com and everything went smoothly. We were picked up on time, the car was comfortable, and the ride was easy. Our driver was also good But the best part was the tour staff, Herbert — he constantly checked on us, made sure everything was running well, and took care of every detail 👍🏻👍🏻 Overall, we were all very satisfied with the experience. very attentive and informative tour, though the trip started early, our tour guide (goes by the name yong) was very active and attentive making sure we knew what was going on. he contacts u on wechat a day prior with bus info.
