Please note your selected time for the Yufuin no Mori train (15:56 or 17:17) when placing the booking. If tickets are unavailable on the day, we will contact you to cancel the booking for a full refund.
Travel notice
1. Transfers/Meeting point
Please make sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location on time. This product is non-refundable and non-changeable, and you cannot transfer to other departure time slots or join midway. If you fail to participate in this trip due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Know During Your Trip
1) You are not allowed to leave the group early during the tour. If you choose to leave the group during the trip, any uncompleted itinerary will be considered voluntarily forfeited with no refund provided. Travelers shall be solely responsible for any incidents that may occur after leaving the group. We appreciate your understanding.
2) During peak season or special circumstances, the tour departure time may be earlier or slightly later than scheduled (the actual departure time will be decided by the guide). Please be prepared in advance.
3) The transportation, sightseeing, and stay times during the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams or weather conditions), the guide may reasonably adjust the order of visiting attractions while ensuring no reduction in itinerary spots, after obtaining guests' consent.
1) Meals are not included in this itinerary. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner expenses are at your own cost. Please note that some restaurants do not allow outside food or may charge for seating without ordering.

4. Weather
1) This activity may be adjusted based on weather conditions and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements, subject to actual conditions on the day.
2. In case of bad weather or other force majeure events, the park may change the operation times of amusement rides or performance times without prior notice, and may even cancel certain rides and performances.
The quality of the flowering period is mainly affected by weather conditions. If the flowers are not at their peak viewing stage, the tour will still depart as scheduled. Travelers who are concerned about this should consider carefully before booking.
5. Meals
1) Meals are not included and will be at your own expense.
6. Shopping
1) During the tour, there may be shopping venues such as malls in some attractions, restaurants, rest areas, and other places. These venues are not designated shopping stops arranged by the travel agency. Please consume rationally based on your own needs and request necessary receipts. You will be responsible for any consumption disputes that may arise. We apologize for any inconvenience.
2) There may be privately operated entertainment and consumption venues at the destination. Most of these establishments lack proper business licenses and may pose various risks. For your safety and health, please exercise caution when considering consumption at these venues.
