We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Tony, spoke good, understandable English. The bus was comfortable, and we departed on time. We had plenty of time at all stops. Each guest received two bottles of water, and a buffet lunch was included. Additional expenses included: tips for the boatman, driver, and optional drinks.★

It was incredibly comfortable. I went during the New Year, so the price was higher on-site, but thankfully I booked in advance, which made it cheaper and more affordable. The massage therapists were very skilled and the massage was very comfortable. The only downside was the restrooms. They were closed on the third floor, and also on the second floor. I had to go back to the first floor to use them, and then back up to the third floor again – a bit inconvenient, but overall a great experience. My friend also opted for a deep massage, which was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!★

Zen villa traditional Vietnamese massage is really a 5 start business! We booked a 120mins session. Were skeptical before entering the villa. We tried Thai massage several times prior to this one. Some of them were high end ones in Bangkok. None of them is comparable to Zen Vietnamese massage. The setting was beautiful. The herbed water soaking and skin scrubbing service then sauna for 5 mins all gave us really fresh experience. Then followed a 90 mins massage. The therapists were highly skilled. The massage was soothing and with good strength. We felt relaxed and refreshed. All foot/muscle soreness from walking so many steps around Hanoi was gone. Money well spent. Highly recommend!★

Overall it was an excellent tour. Before the tour start, Ms Hao took the initiative to contact us to enquire about our requirements. On the day of the tour, the guide, Mr Hiu was punctual and meet us at the hotel lobby. He was good in explaining about all the facts of the places we visited. It was such a pleasant surprise that he could communicate with us in Bahasa. The vehicle that we used was clean and comfortable. The local lunch that was provided was good and delicious. Highly recommended tour for people that required their on timing.★

Honestly, the best decision I made for this trip was booking the fast-track service at Noi Bai. The airport is absolutely packed this season—I saw people stuck in lines that looked like they’d take at least 2 hours. I managed to skip all that chaos and breeze through the whole process in no time. The staff were super lovely and genuinely helpful, making everything feel so smooth. If you’re traveling through Hanoi right now, do yourself a favor and get this. It’s a total lifesaver!
