How to use
We will pick you from the hotel or meeting location on the day of the tour.
A staff member will contact you after the booking to confirm the meeting time, location and itinerary via Whatsapp, Wechat or email.
If you are not contacted more than 12 hours after booking the tour, please contact customer support as we might have trouble reaching you.
Please go to meeting location before appointed time (it is suggested 15 minutes in advance) on the day of tour.

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
Please note that the typical duration for this service is up to 10 hours.
You have the flexible to start at anytime for pickup.
If the duration to the airport drop-off exceeds 10 hours, extra charges will apply.
If you wish to go outside Kunming City to the Stone Forest, Yiliang Jiuxiang, extra toll charges will apply.
The tour does not include any admission fees as it is a fully customized itinerary and depending on where you want to visit or wish to do.
