My atrip.com account has been hacked and unlink from my email. Luckily we have have printed the booking details on a paper before traveling . Trip.com has been too slow in responding and taking action to protect the account security. At the end, my account was used to book hotel and flights by the hacker 😔

I think this group is very cost-effective. In addition, the scenery is really beautiful. The Cinque Terre is colorful. The building tilted in Pisa is really amazing. The itinerary is not a horse and flower view. The director and customer service are very satisfied.

Overall in line with the description, but the tour guide was late in the morning. The time to stay in the German town is relatively tight. After tasting the pig hands and sausages, the visit time is less than half an hour. The pig hands are very large. It is recommended that three people order one.

Our tour guide Will was so nice, and he was so sweet and inclusive with my 11-year-old son. The food was absolutely amazing — the tacos (pink corn) were my favorite. My son is now a truffle aficionado. We loved Will’s energy and attitude; he was always positive and always smiling. We would definitely do this again!


