• Children aged 0–5 and pregnant women cannot participate in this activity

• You must download the Global Ballooning mobile app and enter your Global Ballooning booking number to access your booking—this is how you'll receive flight updates.

• Picture This Ballooning package: Please call the flight hotline at 0456 713 758 after 6:30 PM the day before to get your flight information.
• Please enable notifications in your phone settings to receive updates.
• You will receive a notification before 6:00 PM the day before your flight. In case of an emergency, you can use the online chat feature to contact the global hot air balloon team, which is also available outside of business hours.
• Please wear suitable hiking attire, sturdy shoes, warm socks, and a hat, as the hot air balloon burner emits heat. Be sure to bring a zippered pocket to keep your belongings secure.
• Do not wear high heels, flip-flops, or open-toe shoes. Closed-toe shoes are required.
• Please do not bring any bags, as they are not allowed on the hot air balloon ride. You may leave them in the ground crew vehicle during the flight or keep them at home/your hotel.
• Don't forget to bring your camera, there are plenty of photo opportunities here, but please keep it with you at all times.
