I booked a bus ticket, but it turned out to be a car. The upsides were that it arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, very nice and chatty. Initially, Trip.com informed me that I would have to change vehicles, which worried me because of the language barrier. They asked me to add them on WeChat, and I had to write in English for better communication. The driver was kind enough to drop me off at my accommodation, saving me some money on transportation. If you encounter a similar situation and manage to contact the driver, take photos of the waiting area and yourself and send them to the driver so they can find you.Trip.com Picks
