Yurikamome

• Yurikamome is the main means of transportation connecting central Tokyo with Odaiba and Toyosu areas.
• The train runs at approximately 5-minute intervals during the day on weekdays and approximately 4-minute intervals during the day on weekends.
• The trains are self-driving and the stations are unmanned (there are permanent staff at Shinbashi, Ariake, and Toyosu stations)
• It takes about 30 minutes from the starting station (U01 Shimbashi) to the final station (U16 Toyosu).
• Peak congestion times are from 7:00 to 9:00 in the morning and from 17:00 to 20:00 in the evening.
• The first bus departs at around 5:00 and the last bus departs at around 24:00.
• Taking accessibility into consideration, all stations are equipped with elevators and accessible toilets

Participation Restrictions

• Electronic ticket validity period: 90 days from the date of purchase
• Applicable area: All lines of Yurikamome
• Each e-ticket is valid for only 1 person.

Require

• When riding, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or mobile phone. After booking, you will receive a corresponding voucher. In the voucher, use the electronic ticket link displayed to operate and you will get a special QR code for riding. When using it, please scan the code at the ticket gate equipped with a special QR code scanner to enter and exit the station.
• ※You will need an internet connection to present your electronic ticket, so please prepare an internet connection in advance.
• ※Please note: Screenshots of photos or printed paper tickets cannot be used.
• It is not possible to use multiple tickets on one smartphone at the same time. If you purchase multiple tickets, you must distribute your own e-tickets to the mobile devices of other passengers.

Additional Information

• If you are unable to present your ticket due to equipment failure, battery failure, unstable communication service, etc., you will not be able to use this service. Please pay the fare for the boarding section separately. The fare paid due to the period that cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• Recommended environments for using e-tickets: iOS 15 or higher/Safari, Android 10.0 or higher/Chrome
• ※Even if you use it in the recommended environment, it may not work depending on your mobile device or environment.
• Refunds are only available for unused tickets within their validity period, but a cancellation fee of JPY 220 will be charged per ticket.
