Our tour guide Ah Nan was friendly, knowledgeable, and well organized. They explained the sights clearly and made the trip to Yangmingshan enjoyable and easy to follow. The day was well paced, and we learned a lot along the way. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Yangmingshan was scenic and beautiful. We scored ideal weather giving there could have been showers. The walking was great, plenty at the start of the days then tending to more strolling in the afternoon but still a fairly active day. The children weren’t stoked with the sulphur smell and were over it by days end (you only really get it through the middle to later part of the day). Beitou is pretty and interesting. The the tour was great and well worth our time and money. Get to get out of the city.

Very satisfied! The tour guide is very professional and kind, and the introduction to each attraction is very in-depth and interesting, which gives me a deeper understanding of Taipei. The itinerary is very smooth, and the movement between the attractions is also very relaxed and comfortable. I especially like to taste food in Yongkang Street and feel the early historical atmosphere of Taiwan in Dihua Street. Every place has its unique charm, and the tour guide is also very good at mastering time and will not feel rushed. Very recommended to friends who come to Taipei for the first time or want to know more about Taipei culture!

It was a a very good route, I would say allow a bit more time at the Jiufen Old Street even just 30-45mins more would be better, and arriving at Shifen a bit later would make it almost perfect. For the tour operator, please consider partnering with another sky lantern provider, I felt they didn’t allow for the best photo opportunity and instead of letting us fly the lantern off, the guy sent it off for us instead :( For others joining please insist that you would like to light the lantern on the rail way even if it’s raining a little bit. Unless if it’s peak season you can also choose your own lantern flying shop. Overall it’s a very good day tour even though we weren’t so lucky with the rain.

The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies, so I was a little worried about what the content would be, but it was a really fun and good tour. The meeting point was easy to find, the time allocation and safety were excellent, so I was able to participate with peace of mind. Our tour guide, Pauline, is fluent in both Japanese and English and was very kind, polite, and guided us in an easy-to-understand manner, making it a very fulfilling and informative tour. I would definitely use this tour again on my next visit.
