We booked the 120-minute combo of body massage and nourishing shampoo, and it was the best experience we had in Hanoi! I was a bit nervous since there was no time slot reservation, but the English-speaking male receptionist welcomed us right away, and within five minutes, we were having a relaxing foot soak and tea. We were then ushered to the 3rd floor for the massage. The one-hour full body massage was amazing — my masseuse kept checking if the pressure was fine and had truly magical hands. My husband’s masseuse was equally great and relieved all his knots. After that came the head, shoulder, and neck massage, hot stones, a facial, and a mask. They even shampooed, conditioned, and blow-dried our hair after rinsing the oil. I was so relaxed I actually dozed off toward the end. Definitely worth trying! We went to La Spa 16 — highly recommend!★

V responsive over WA and gave clear instructions. Arrived at the agreed time and followed up closely when I was late due to the long check-in lines. Friendly lady helped me through immigration and x-ray lines. Recommend to pay extra for the x-ray fasttrack as well as that's a single queue and much longer.★

This was a good tour of Monkey mountain and Marble mountain. It was a whistle stop tour and some people might appreciate a bit more time to look around and take photos, but for a half day event it was very good! The areas are beautiful and photogenic, and the view from the top of Marble mountain is worth the hike. We were fortunate enough to get the most handsome tour guide in Vietnam too (Handsome Lung) and he was great at telling stories and informing us of Vietnamese history and culture. The meal wasn't bad too. I had frog Quang and it was delicious. Just be aware that the meal is free but the drinks that they bring around are not. They are inexpensive, but it would have been nice to know they weren't included in the tour.★
