We booked the service about 10 hours in advance. They immediately sent us a WhatsApp message, asked for our flight number, full name, etc., sent us our passports, and gave us instructions on what to do and where to go after landing. We arrived at night and there were still tons of people, but we got through in literally two minutes. We highly recommend it, especially for those with children, layovers, or who don't want to wait in a huge line.★

Since it was a family trip with my parents, I was really worried about the immigration process, but looking back, I'm so glad I used this service. After arriving at the airport, I received a dedicated guide, so I could navigate through immigration without any complicated routes. And since we didn't have to stand around for long, the adults felt much more comfortable. Haha. We were able to finish quickly and move on without waiting, so the whole family was very satisfied!★

This is a lifesaving process for the awful peak season traffic but having said that the queue at Tan Son Nhat is still very unforgiving. Nevertheless I reckon this fast track saved me a good 45 minutes from the normal queue. Not cheap but very necessary.
