1. This product requires you to select your intended travel date when placing an order for ticket issuance. However, the e-voucher for this product has an expiration date. If your travel plans change, you may use it once within the validity period printed on the ticket.
2. However, the pass will take effect immediately upon activation, so please do not activate it in advance. To prevent accidental activation, do not click the e-voucher usage link before you are ready to use it.
If you purchase a 2-day ticket, it must be used on 2 consecutive days and cannot be used with a break in between.
4. Cannot be used at Kansai Airport Station on the Nankai Line for the first time. JR trains are not available.
5. Osaka Amazing Pass validity period timing method: One day starts at 3:00 AM and ends at 2:59 AM the next day. Please note that if the pass is first used between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM, the period from 12:00 AM to 2:59 AM counts as one full day. Therefore, please do not click to use/activate the pass between 12:00 AM and 3:00 AM.
One Osaka Amazing Pass can only be used by one person.
Usage notice
1. Due to device limitations and for your convenience, this product is set to allow only 1 booking at a time. If you have companions, please make separate bookings.
2. Your device must meet the following version requirements to open the e-voucher link and access the e-ticket entry.
For Apple iOS devices: Use iOS 15 or later with the latest version of Safari
For Android devices: Use Android 10.0 or later with the latest version of Chrome.
3. Please disable "Dark Mode" on your phone.
4. When using, please do not open the e-voucher directly from the purchase software. Open it in the recommended browser instead.
5. To prevent unauthorized use, when you open the e-ticket in a different environment from the one used when first opening it, the system will require OTP (one-time password) verification. You'll need to enter your email address as prompted, check your email for the one-time password, then return to enter and verify it. Once the one-time password is successfully verified, your email will be linked. Please ensure you enter your own functional email address capable of receiving/sending passwords during OTP verification. For details, please refer to the [One-Time Password (OTP) Instructions] in the user guide.

How to check the e-voucher expiration date
1. Open the e-voucher.
2. Locate the "Expiration date" line to check the actual validity period of the e-voucher. It can be used within this timeframe, but the activated ticket's validity cannot exceed the e-voucher's expiration date.
