
1. Please take a photo of the front page of each traveler's passport and keep it in your mobile phone for easy registration at the terminal (no need to bring the original);
2. If you have any food allergies or are a vegetarian, please inform us at least one day before your trip;
3. On-site contact: If the itinerary does not match the description or there is an unexpected situation, please contact the online customer service in time on site, and we will help you fight for your reasonable rights. If you contact us after the trip, we will pursue the service provider's responsibility like the FBI investigating a case, and you will not be able to get compensation. Therefore, please contact us on site!
4. High-risk groups: senior over 60 years old, pregnant women, people with heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, cervical spondylosis, severe seasickness, people who have undergone surgery recently, people in poor physical condition or people with known diseases, people with long-term otitis media, alcoholics, epilepsy, respiratory diseases and other diseases that are not suitable for Speedboating are prohibited from participating in the sea trip. If the above people conceal their situation and participate in the trip, they will bear the consequences at their own risk, and the trip will be terminated without refund, and they will have to pay for the taxi back to the hotel. For your safety, please do not take risks! If you are not sure whether you can participate in this trip, please communicate with customer service to confirm.
5. You are not allowed to bring food or drinks on board for this trip;
6. Pets are not allowed on board;
7. Unable to travel: In case of rain showers, the cruise company will arrange the trip according to the announcement of the Maritime Administration. If it is not allowed to go out to sea (there are strong winds and waves even on sunny days), the cruise company will reschedule for free or cancel without loss; if it is rainy but it is allowed to go out to sea (no strong winds and waves), the cruise company will arrange the trip as usual and will not accept applications for cancellation or rescheduling on the same day.
8. Accident Insurance: Some risk projects only include medical Insurance purchased by local service providers for tourists participating in the project (local Insurance in Thailand), which is only valid for accidental injuries that occur during a single local trip. The compensation amount is low and the claim process is long. It is recommended that tourists purchase quantity overseas travel accident insurance before leaving the country. If an accident occurs, please be sure to let us know on the spot!
9. Compensation according to the price: If you damage other company's facilities during the trip, such as air conditioning in the car, vomiting in the car, ATV damage, etc., you will be required to compensate according to the price. Please take care of the facilities to avoid losses!
10. Valuables: Please carry your valuables (such as passports, wallets, cameras, flight ticket, and other items that the guests consider important) with you. Do not leave them in the tour bus or cruise ship to avoid loss. If you lose them, please notify us as soon as possible and we will assist in reporting them to the police (the result of the handling is subject to the result of the police). During the project, please wear comfortable and undamaged clothes and shoes, and avoid carrying valuables. If your clothes or property are damaged or lost during the trip, you will be responsible for it yourself!
11. Extra charges: Gratuities, photography, videography, flippers and some sales promotion by service staff involved in the travel program are all purchased or paid by the guests voluntarily, and no service staff has the right to force charges. Southeast Asian countries are Gratuities countries, and Gratuities is a local custom. If you are unhappy due to Gratuities, we will not accept complaints and bad reviews in this regard.
