Our tour guide, Lele, was fantastic! She arrived at the pier around 6 a.m. to queue up for us, and we arrived at the pier at 9 a.m. just in time to board the boat. The scenery was beautiful, and her explanations were excellent. It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely come again!

Our guide was highly knowledgeable, articulate, and incredibly patient and enthusiastic. He helped us fully understand the history and stories of West Lake and Leifeng Pagoda, deserving a five-star rating. Knowing we wanted to see the lotus flowers, he even took us to the best spots at the end of the tour and helped us flag down a car so our next trip wouldn't be delayed too long. Thank you so much for the tip! Because we don't have an audio guide, we cannot rate it.

This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.

The tea soup is fresh and sweet on the palate, with a rich, delicate texture and a distinct "contents" feel. The aftertaste is quick and long-lasting, with a deep, cool throat feel, and plump, whole leaves. It embodies the fusion of "refined craftsmanship" and "local character." Pre-Qingming Picked: As a superior asexual variety, it showcases the standardized aesthetics of modern breeding. The dry tea is emerald green in color, with uniform and elegant strips. The aroma is pure and high-pitched, a signature chestnut fragrance, direct and bright. The taste is characterized by its extremely high freshness and crispness. The show was amazing. Even more than I expected from the show. It runs for almost an hour and it rained and they still performed it. We got VIP but honestly any seat is good there. The only downside was the crowd. They were very disruptive despite signs and rules about noise level and tardiness. Best to go earlier and enjoy the amazing restaurants in the area. Also lots to do as West Lake prior to the show.
