Overall, pretty good experience. There was a slight delay in contact from the driver and then another change of driver last minute. Final assigned driver 周师傅 was on time and responsive during the trip. Slight change of itinerary which was not communicated (also i did not confirmed on my end) but it end up it was all good as Mr. zhou adjusted the itinerary on the spot for service recovery. He was also very helpful in assisting my aged parents on and off the car. Thank you so much.

The excursion was amazing; we loved it so much that we took it a second time. We were picked up from our hotel in Da Nang and taken by transport to Hoi An. There, we waited for the boat and then went to the island. We walked around the island a bit, explored the local sights, and then went snorkeling. We were given masks and vests and about an hour of free snorkeling. The reef was beautiful, with lots of different fish. Of course, everything depends on the weather; for example, on the first day, we saw more marine life than on the second, as the sea was less calm. However, it didn't spoil the experience. Then we went for lunch; it was very filling and delicious, and we had an hour free to walk around and swim. Finally, we were dropped off at the hotel; everything was great.
