Wonderful tour, helpful and friendly guide. He showed us everything in detail. When booking, he recommends arriving 15 minutes early. The reality is that the doors open at 9:30 AM sharp, so in case of bad weather, as often happens in England, don't arrive too early.★

We went on a Wales tour with Busybus yesterday and had an absolutely wonderful day with Adrian as our guide. Adrian was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the very beginning. Throughout the tour, he shared so many interesting stories and facts about Wales and gave us great restaurant recommendations along the way. The driving was always safe and professional, and there was even a clear safety briefing at the start, which we really appreciated. You can truly tell that Adrian has been doing this job for a long time and that he genuinely loves the area, his passion makes the whole experience even more special. Everything was very well organized, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the day was simply beautiful. We would book this tour again without hesitation and can highly recommend it.
