[Inclusions]
1. 1-day private charter service, including vehicle fuel costs, toll fees, parking fees, empty return fees, and commercial vehicle operation insurance during the trip
2. Service fee for 1 Chinese-speaking driver-guide (full-day private charter time slot is 10 hrs, normally 08:30-18:30), including gratuities and meal allowance for the guide throughout the journey. Please note that during winter when daylight hours are shorter, the private charter time slot may be reduced to approximately 8 hrs. We appreciate your understanding.
[Exclusions]
1) Travelers (personal expenses, accommodation, dining, admission tickets); if assistance is required for purchasing admission tickets, payment will be made on-site.
(2) For overtime on the same day, payment will be collected on-site according to European rates (€50/hr for 5-seater, €60/hr for 8-seater). Charges apply for partial hours as full hours.
3) Travel Insurance (recommended to purchase separately)
Booking Information
1. If the customer is late or fails to attend the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted on these grounds.
2. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other factors. Your cooperation is appreciated.
3. If guests voluntarily abandon the itinerary during the trip due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the itinerary fees.
1) For 1-day tours, luggage is not allowed (if you need to bring luggage, please contact customer support to inform them of the number of people + luggage quantity and size, and specify the vehicle type for booking).
2) The standard departure time is 09:00. If you need to adjust your departure time, please contact customer support to inform us.
3) During the trip, the driver/guide may provide recommendations, make adjustments, or communicate with you based on actual sightseeing conditions, weather, or road conditions.
