The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip.  They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great.  We would recommend them to friends and family.

Didi created an incredibly friendly and relaxed atmosphere from the very beginning. He didn't just show us the famous beauty spots, he told us fascinating stories, and he ensured our comfort and safety at every step. Didi is also a brilliant photographer! He's an incredible bonus to the tour. He knows all the best angles. We highly recommend him to anyone considering a tour to Nusa Penida! And be sure to ask for Didi as your guide—with him, your day will be truly magical and unforgettable. We'll definitely be back and using him again!

A day trip to Nusa Penida was an incredible experience! I highly recommend booking both the East and West routes simultaneously to make the most of your day – it's definitely worth it. Each side has its unique highlights, so combining them gives you a more comprehensive understanding of the island's beauty. Kelingking Beach is absolutely mesmerizing – its cliff views are even more captivating in real life and are a must-see for any visitor to Nusa Penida. The customer service was excellent, and the driver/guide helped take photos throughout the trip, providing great emotional value!
