Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. When booking, we chose the time and date precisely. We arrived at the port a little early and were allowed on the earlier ferry without any problems. We didn't get seasick, the seats were luxurious, and we chose seats in advance for our large group. There was a service on board for drinks/tea/coffee. Everything was very comfortable!★
