Guide Thalis provided an interesting and enjoyable tour. The bike was in good condition and pleasant to ride. Most of the route stayed away from the busy streets, on cycle tracks and pavements. It ended with delicious pancakes at a waterside cafe (included).

It was a good way to get around the city. The only issues I had was that one driver refused to pick me up at The Arch of Galerias, and the headphones didn't fit in one of the busses, so I couldn't get any commentary.

We were the only people on our tour who came from Thessaloniki. Everyone else came from Athens for the day. Communication was managed well though our arrival in Kalambaka was a little mixed up but we missed nothing so that was good. The trip from Thessaloniki was approximately 4 hours each way so it was a long day. Having said that, it was worth it to visit the area of Meteora. We visited 3 monasteries and saw three others from a distance. We had more than enough time at each of them. Ladies must wear a skirt (even over long pants) and no skin can be seen from the waist up so come prepared as they are very strict. Skirts were available at all three monasteries to be borrowed if you don't mind sharing with many others. Our guide, Clement, was easy to understand and made the transitions at each stop easy. Highly recommend the tour as it is a very special place.

Our guide George was very informative and communicative about the day’s plans. He stopped at different points in Meteora so the small group could take photos between monasteries and did a great job managing time for us so we stayed on schedule but didn’t feel rushed. Overall a great experience!

I had a 4 hour walking tour because I wanted to take my time and not feel rushed. It was a wonderful tour with George. We visited all the sites, walked along the sea coast, and had time for lunch. I was able to see all the important places and hear an extensive history of each one. There was also time for pictures. I would recommend this tour. It is well worth the time and this is money well spent.


