- After having an exact weather forecast, we will inform you of the exact flight time the day before your flight. The morning time slot is for flights between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., the afternoon time slot is for flights between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
- If for some reason you havent received the flight time by 4 p.m. the day before the flight, please reach out to us!
- The maximum weight per passenger to fly is 130kg (286lb). If you are more than 110kg (242lb) you need to book two seats (or pay a surcharge at the heliport)
- Please be at the heliport 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time for check-in
- The seat allocation in the helicopter will be done by the staff after checkin to balance the helicopter

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
