Our Gelato and Fettuccine Pasta Class and experience works as following: You arrive at the restaurant, and you will be served a welcome glass of Prosecco. 1. Using a recipe that we obtained from a local Roman artisan gelato shop, we will make gelato together with our guests. 2. Following the Gelato-making, we will teach you how to make Fettucine pasta step by step. Once the pasta is made, it is taken to the restaurant's kitchen, so the chef can cook it and they will serve it to you. You in the meantime are to be seated at Ristorante Tucci. You will be served appetizer Bruschetta, and a glass of wine or beer by choice. When your pasta with the sauce you chose is ready, the waiters will serve it to you, following the gelato the group made with the professional machine.
