It was great. A bit pricey but worth it. Taking the southern transit is a better experience than going north.

The entire trip was wonderful and educational. The trip included lunch and dinner. It also had a bar. It was fascinating to see the mechanical operations of the locks and the step process up close. The quick rise and release of the water was an awe. The beauty of the canal was lovely. The ship was spacious with plenty of seating for everyone.

The tour was a bit disorganized at first, with the order of the sites visited reversed. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour. Everything was almost perfect. We didn't understand why the organizers didn't pick us up from our hotel as originally planned. Luckily, the assigned starting point was only 5 minutes from our hotel. The activity was a bit pricey, though...

Everything looks good. The only issue is that we didn’t notice the extra $35 charge at the beginning, which caused some confusion.

The buffet is available until the activities end. We added transportation to the hotel, and the driver was very attentive. The boat trip wasn't as pleasant; they went very fast, splashing us, and if you don't tip them more, they don't answer or give directions. The life jackets smell bad, you can't touch the sloths, and there are only three of them. The wildlife exhibits are just butterflies and frogs, and there are very few of them. It's really expensive for what it is; it's not worth it. It's better to buy tickets for the activities directly at the location. The buffet food is varied and plentiful. The restaurant is nice, and the waiters are attentive. Alcoholic drinks are not included, but they do give you a complimentary drink (water or soda).
