Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love. The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated. The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable. We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!

My wife and I booked a tour to the Great Wall through a local agency, and it was truly exceptional. Everything was well-organized and punctual, making the day smooth and enjoyable. As Muslims, we appreciated the thoughtful lunch arrangement at a nearby village restaurant serving delicious halal food, free from pork or its by-products. The highlight of our experience was our guide, Alison. She was truly outstanding—graceful, respectful, and deeply knowledgeable. Her explanations were detailed yet engaging, with well-chosen topics that made history come alive. Alison added a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere to the tour and gave us a wonderful impression of the Chinese people—kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Her professionalism and warmth turned a great tour into an unforgettable one. My wife and I genuinely enjoyed every moment, and we hope to meet guides like Alison again on future visits to China.

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. I'll remember this day for a long time! I'll list the positive aspects: the bus picked us up on time, the air conditioning was on and it was very warm, and our guide, Jessie, was very kind and helpful! She speaks very good English! She explains everything very interestingly and in detail! I highly recommend coming here; we really enjoyed it!
