Meeting point: Sea World Cruises Terminal, Main Beach QLD 4217 Australia (Please check in at the Sea World Cruises Terminal, Main Beach at least 30 minutes before departure. No need to enter Sea World Marine Park. Parking lot: Free parking is available at Sea World).

Age description: Adult (14 years and above), child (3–13 years), children aged 2 and below are free.

Boat type description: Kaiala (capacity approx. 80 people); Spirit of Migaloo II (capacity approx. 190 people); Spirit of Mulgumpin (capacity approx. 190 people) [Cruise boat types are randomly assigned]

Ensure a free return cruise if no whales are spotted. [Please note: the second attempt is complimentary. Non-participation will be considered voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.]

1. If no whales are sighted during the cruise, passengers may take another cruise for free within the same whale-watching season. Refunds cannot be requested solely for not seeing whales. Applications must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. [Please note: The complimentary repeat cruise is a free offer. Choosing not to participate will be considered voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.]

2. If the trip is canceled due to weather or other reasons, the shipping company will send a cancellation notice to the email address you provided. Our store will not send additional notifications. Please be advised.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
