To redeem your free visits, please follow this link: View https://fareharbor and select a child or adult general admission ticket. Then enter the code above at the 'Add promo or discount code' point.

You can pre-book your date and check-in time online at plantasiaswansea.co.uk Simply select the relevant tickets, then enter your code above for the appropriate person when prompted.
Please be aware that your Golden Ticket codes cannot be used on special event days. Take a look at the [What's On page] (https://www.plantasiaswansea.co.uk/whats-on/) of our website to discover which days our special events take place on.
Once you are inside the Zoo, you can stay as long as you want. In fact we always recommend going around a few times to make sure you've seen everything!
Feeding time at the Zoo
When you visit, why not relax and refuel in our ‘South American Street Market' style Canopy Café. We've got everything you need for a quick family pit stop, including refreshing cold drinks, pre-packaged sandwiches, crisps, ice-creams and tasty snacks — perfect for hungry explorers on the go!
Car Parking
All guests automatically get 2 hours FREE parking within the Parc Tawe car park from the moment you drive in. If you would like to extend this to 4 hours please enter your vehicle registration number on the tablet at reception before your initial 2 hours has expired. To avoid any accidental errors, our team are not permitted to enter the vehicle registration details on your behalf. Parking is managed by a separate company - Eternity Parking Management Services.

Create Magic Memories
Don't forget to scan your Magic Memories card at our kiosk in the Killer Plants room! You can download your photo experience to your mobile device free of charge, or pay to upgrade to printed pictures displayed in our fantastical Zoo photobook at the kiosks in the underground zone!

Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
