If a cancellation request is submitted before 20:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 20:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.

  • Certain restrictions apply to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. Infants under 1 year old, individuals over 60 years old, and travelers with high blood pressure, heart disease, pregnancy, asthma, and bone disease are not allowed to participate in the tour.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.


Maya Bay will be closed from 1 August โ€“ 30 September 2025

Following government regulations, Maya Bay will be temporarily closed for environmental recovery.

Our tours will still operate with sightseeing around Maya Bay and two snorkeling stops instead.
