During peak season, admission tickets to Changbai Mountain are in high demand. If tickets are unavailable near your travel date, we can assist you in getting waitlisted for mountain access at no additional cost. This itinerary does not include the shuttle ticket to Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain's main peak, but we can also help secure those tickets. You'll join the tour group only after successfully obtaining the admission tickets. If we're unable to secure your tickets, you'll receive a full refund for a worry-free experience.

Due to weather and environmental factors, the Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain attraction may close for safety reasons based on actual conditions. If the area is closed, don't be disappointed - other nearby attractions are equally breathtaking!
The actual opening status of specific attractions is subject to the on-site conditions on the day of your visit. If certain attractions or multiple attractions are closed, refunds will be determined by the park's actual policy. Note: No refunds will be issued if only the main peak of Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain is closed. Since Changbai Mountain is highly affected by weather conditions, please make necessary preparations before your trip.

3. Additional expenses caused by force majeure reasons such as traffic delays, strikes, strong winds, heavy fog, flight cancellations or schedule changes;
Fee explanation for situations caused by attraction closure
1. The attraction announced an early closure, and our company's tour bus did not depart. All expenses including bus fare and admission ticket fees will be fully refunded.
2. If the attraction notifies us of closure on the same day while our tour bus has already entered the highway, only the unused admission ticket fees will be refunded.
3. The attraction has announced the closure of the main peak of Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain. Our group will proceed with the trip as scheduled. Please note that this itinerary does not include the shuttle bus to Heaven Lake on Changbai Mountain, and no refund will be provided.
