The hotel/supplier will contact you within 24 hrs after placing your order. Please provide correct contact information and keep your phone accessible. (If unreachable, please check messages sent by the hotel/supplier promptly)

 

Schedule availability: For same-day service requests, please check with the supplier for availability. If the guest misses the appointment after scheduling, no refund will be issued for the booking. Please note that redemption must be completed on the service date.

 

Change and Refund: The selected booking option has an expiration date. For customers without a confirmed schedule, we recommend our global service (prices vary by region). A 50.00% cancellation fee applies for refunds requested before schedule confirmation. No refunds are available after schedule confirmation, but one free change is allowed if the photographer's schedule permits, provided the change is requested at least half a month in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to force majeure events such as transportation delays, strikes, aircraft mechanical issues, or flight cancellations.

 

Other: For travel expenses incurred due to long distances and duration service fees, please communicate and confirm with the merchant in advance!

 

Emergency booking process: Bookings made between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM the following day are considered "non-standard working hours bookings." Placing a booking indicates your acknowledgment and agreement that the merchant will process and contact you in order after 9:00 AM the next day. Late-night/early morning photography and makeup sessions require additional effort from staff, thus incurring an emergency service fee and safety assessment.
